5 skin treatments you can get from your kitchen

Want to glow like an A-list Hollywood star but  your allowance can't get you a visit to a beauty spa? You should indulge in DIY recipes that are available in your home. Face mask is a quickie to get a healthy glow, as it imparts an intense portion of ingredients into your skin.
Mask can be applied once a week, so if you decide to whip up your own at home or buy one at the store, be sure to cleanse and gently exfoliate your skin first, which makes it easier for the ingredients to sink in. You can just skip the old advice of steaming your face as experts say it's not necessary.
 To moisturize
In a bowl, stir together 1 Tbsp honey, 5 Tbsp dry oatmeal (blended into a powder), and 2 Tbsp plain yogurt.
Spread the mix on your face, avoiding your eye area, and leave it on for 20 minutes.
If you have sensitive skin, combine the dry oatmeal powder with ½ Tbsp almond oil, juice from half a lemon, and 1 egg white instead

For a deep clean
Mix together ¼ cup mashed-up strawberries, 3 Tbsp plain yogurt, and 1 Tbsp rice flour or any nut that's been ground into a fine powder. Smooth the paste on your skin, avoiding your eyes, and chill out for 20 minutes.

For the eyes
Steep two chamomile tea bags in hot water, stick them in the fridge to cool, then place one over each eye after you've applied your face mask.

OR

Grate a chilled cucumber and wrap it up in gauze or cheesecloth, then rest the roll over your eyes as  your mask absorbs. The cooling effect feels amazing.

Taking it off
When your mask is finished, remove the mask by gently wiping it off with a warm, damp washcloth, then apply your usual face cream
